Green Tech & Sustainability

As a startup we - mostly - work paperless (unfortunately paperwork is not entirely avoidable in Germany). Our application runs in carbon neutral cloud services and our coffee is fairly traded and roasted locally - come for a chat & try it :)

At aumentoo, we are all driven by the vision to innovate. Every day we work with passion for our customers and our platform. We are thrilled to work on the leading platform for innovation management. Our growing team always challenges the status quo to reach new horizons.

Our story began 2015 with the idea to create a platform that brings together innovators, disruptors and brilliant minds with corporates and companies that look for cool new stuff that will change the future. And that's where our first slogan was born: Shape your companies future!

After building a first prototype of the App, first customers came on board and we started a development collaboration with a leading German car manufacturer. So, in April 2016 the aumentoo GmbH was born with its headquarter in Kempten (Allgäu).

Why "aumentoo"?

aumentoo comes from the italian word "aumento" which means "increase" or "rise". In combination with the second o, which hints the infinity sign, aumentoo stands for continuous increase (of innovation).

Since then our team grew to about 15 people that work on the aumentoo platform and together we reached the first milestone with over a thousand users and a lot more managed profiles. We proudly and successfully launched the next generation of our aumentoo Cloud platform with a bunch of new amazing features, too.
The next Big Thing will be the launch of our Marketplace, where the user can integrate other apps in aumentoo and create an individual aumentoo experience.

Meanwhile we went global and opened a second development site in Sweden, near Gothenburg, and another office in Austria, Vienna.

We built aumentoo to bring speed, agility and automation to the corporate innovation process. Our development cycle is truly fast, so that every developer can make an immediate impact. That's a real advantage for every customer as well as for our developers.

Our Tech-Stack is across all modern languages and tools. The architecture of the platform allows to combine a PHP7 core with Python, Java or C++ Modules and Services. With the Google Cloud SQL we use a real time scalable MySQL Database for best performance.
